The Instructor Development Course immerses professional trainers in the 3 Delta training system, a method refined through years of research, practical application, and science-based design. With a strong focus on coaching fundamentals, 3 Delta fosters optimal learning outcomes for trainees, aligning with the latest advancements in adult learning and cognitive science.

The course is delivered in the following manner: Level 1 (1-3 days) Level 2 (1-3 days). The course can also be integrated with other subjects, for example self defence, combat shooting etc. These would be bespoke packages and would be negotiated with the client. For example level 1 course, integrated with self- defence could be run over 3-5 days.
