Training Programs

Preparation for High-Threat Environments: We focus on equipping individuals and teams to prevent and respond to risks they may encounter in Vulnerable, Hostile, and Extreme environments – ensuring readiness for operational challenges. Our process begins with risk assessment of the operational environment and identification of threat profiles. We then develop and deliver enhanced performance through tailored scenario-based training using immersive learning environments.
Integrated Threat Response Training: Our comprehensive approach includes fully integrated firearms operation, physical protective skills, driver training, and first aid. We teach you to operate available tools to solve the most-likely problems. All training is conducted in-context using realistic scenario-based learning to enhance practical application and tactical decision-making under stress.
Instructor Development and Program Creation: We develop instructor training programs utilizing modern, scientific learning methodologies. Our approach incorporates use of various training environments and support equipment to ensure effective knowledge transfer, skill acquisition and tactical application.

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), 3 Delta provides Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) regulated training delivered by certified instructors. We provide training across a range of nationally recognised competencies.

mission-specific requirements across all subject areas.
